Description

Our client is seeking a Tier 3 Service Desk to support a growing enterprise environment of approximately 2,000 users across a national network of locations and field teams. Unlike traditional help desk roles, these positions require high autonomy, strong troubleshooting ability, and leadership within the support function.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3-level technical issues across:

-Operating systems (Windows)

-Applications (ERP integrations, internal tools)

-Mobile devices (iPads, tablets)

Handle escalated tickets involving:

-System integrations (SQL/ODBC-type connections)

-Advanced OS troubleshooting (registry edits, system configs)

-Support end users across multiple locations and departments

-Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians and provide technical guidance

-Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions within ticketing systems

-Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents

Technical Environment: Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, Active Directory, Windows OS (desktop-level support), Mobile devices (iPads/tablets), ERP systems and SQL-based integrations, Ticketing systems (currently Autotask, moving to FreshService)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

“White Glove” Executive Deskside Support

Technical certifications – i.e. A+, Network+, CCST, M365, etc

Exposure to SQL/Integrations beyond troubleshooting

Azure cloud-based systems and troubleshooting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
