The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the assigned Precinct One Park. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the park's safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness to visitors, while also managing staff, budgets, and other resources effectively.

Participate in maintenance activities. Plan, maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage optimum performance of people and other resources. Assists with opening and closing parks. Assist Regional Manager with the development of annual work plans and annual budgets. Assist Regional Manager with employee performance, disciplinary, evaluation, and coaching. Monitors supplies, and equipment inventory. Submit re-stock orders to Regional Manager for approval. Assists with the development of and participates in training programs for proper use of equipment and tools.

Preparing and maintaining reports is necessary to carry out the functions of the department and track strategic goal accomplishments. Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. Ensures compliance with safety protocols and precinct policies and procedures. Reports safety concerns to management and assists with plans to address safety issues. Reports on accidents and injuries to the Regional Manager. Participate in Park and Recreation industry events, conferences, and professional development opportunities.

This job may operate in an indoor professional office environment and/or an outdoor environment. Exposure to various and extreme weather conditions, temperature variations, loud noises, and possibly dangerous chemicals could be encountered depending on the area assigned. This is a physically active role.

This role requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
