Virtual Real Estate Sales Closer — High-Earning Commission

Kingsman Property Partners is looking for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Closer to drive new business revenue for our real estate investment business by converting homeowner opportunities into signed purchase agreements. This is a high-performance sales role for someone who thrives in negotiation, handles pressure well, and is motivated by revenue growth, competition, positional growth, and personal accountability. As a Real Estate Sales Closer, you will speak directly with homeowners, build rapport, analyze property opportunities, negotiate pricing, and guide sellers through the contract process. You will work closely with company leadership and play a direct role in driving company revenue. This is a true closing role with strong lead flow and consistent opportunity volume. Reps are provided with 2–3 pre-booked seller appointments per day and are expected to effectively manage negotiations, follow-up, and contract execution throughout the sales process. This position offers realistic earning potential for highly motivated sales professionals through a performance-driven commission structure. Top performers who consistently execute, follow up aggressively, and close effectively will have significant income growth opportunities within the company. The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally disciplined, coachable, competitive, relentless with follow-up, and thrives on performance-based income. This is not a passive customer service role — this is a revenue-generating closing position. This is primarily a virtual position; however, candidates must be located in the Chicagoland area as the team meets in person on a quarterly basis.
