\n Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient team in St. Augustine, Florida.
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient-only setting, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. This role offers a balanced schedule within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
\n Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings.
\nDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans.
\nCollaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
\nContribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient outcomes.
\n Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
\nExperience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
\nLicensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
