WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all daily operations of the Parts Department

• Increase department profitability and gross profit

• Grow and develop outside wholesale parts sales

• Maintain proper inventory levels and inventory controls

• Build strong relationships with service, collision, and wholesale customers

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a winning parts team

• Improve department efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Analyze reports, manage expenses, and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining strong operational controls

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3+ years of Automotive Parts Management experience

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

• Proven record of increasing sales and department profitability

• Experience developing wholesale/outside parts business

• Excellent inventory management and purchasing skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High-energy, motivated, and results-driven

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Infiniti experience preferred

• Nissan experience strongly preferred

• Other import dealership experience will also be considered
