2. Security and Loss Prevention Operations

• Access Control: Strictly enforce building access control policies, ensuring every individual (tenant, vendor, or visitor) follows proper entry procedures (key card/badge usage) and preventing unauthorized entry or "tailgating."
• Foot Patrols: Conduct regular, documented security patrols of the property’s interior and exterior perimeter, including common areas, parking garages, and vacant tenant spaces, identifying and reporting safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Proficiently operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, alarm panels, and other life safety systems, noting and responding to all unusual activities.
• Emergency Response: Serve as a primary responder to all alarms and critical incidents (e.g., medical emergencies, fire alarms, suspicious activities, unauthorized persons), following established emergency procedures and coordinating with building management and first responders.

3. Documentation and Incident Management

• Report Writing: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional written reports on all security-related incidents, daily activities, unusual occurrences, and patrol observations using required digital platforms.
• Critical Incident Escalation: Immediately and effectively escalate all critical incidents and emergencies to the appropriate building management, security contacts, and law enforcement agencies, ensuring a timely and organized response.
