Pay Rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (bonus for tech training)
• 5 years of heavy equipment operation
• Knows hydraulics, diesel, and electronic systems
• Reads electrical and Hydraulic schematics like a pro
• Handy with power tools and computers

Job Duties:

• Maintenance Expertise : Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment using detailed checklists to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Problem Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components efficiently and effectively.
• Technical Proficiency : Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and service manuals, and utilize diagnostic software to manage repairs.
• Organization and Reporting: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in the company's maintenance system.
• Interpersonal Skills: Work collaboratively with diverse team members and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment.
• Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures, with an ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
