Enterprise AI Workflow Consultant

This role applies deep domain experience to design, run, and refine agent-driven workflows that teach and stress-test enterprise AI systems, with the goal of improving business productivity and accelerating practical AI adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve AI model capabilities using real-world professional scenarios.
• Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical business processes and surface actionable insights for model improvement.
• Identify and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use failures in AI agent outputs, and translate findings into detailed, constructive feedback.
• Create comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks drawn from your daily domain work.
• Partner with research and product stakeholders to communicate domain-specific findings and influence model development priorities.
• Document workflow outcomes and contribute to a best-practice library for AI agent adoption and enablement.

• Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain where AI agents are regularly used.
• Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permissions and authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, not only using them, demonstrated by designing and operating multi-tool agentic workflows with examples such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps and proposing practical, domain-grounded solutions.
• Ability to explain complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for advancing AI adoption and enablement in fast-moving business environments.

Role type, Contractor. Location, Remote. No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise is the primary qualification. Contributions will involve helping to train next-generation AI systems through structured workflow design, evaluation, and feedback.

$80 - $150 per hour.
