Employment Type Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 16‑24 patient care hours per week Location Seeing patients in South Lake Union, with float to nearby clinics as needed What You’ll Be Working On Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role) Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states Education, Licenses, and Experience Required At least 2 years of primary care experience Currently licensed in Washington or ability to obtain licensure Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1‑on‑1 and in groups Can thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes Board Certification One Medical Providers Also Demonstrate A passion for human‑centered primary care Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds Effective use of technology to deliver high quality care Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery Openness to feedback and reflection to gain insight into strengths and weaknesses Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs Per Diem Providers Receive Malpractice Insurance – malpractice fees covered 100% UpToDate Subscription – evidence‑based clinical research tool One Medical issued laptop for secure EHR access Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements Benefits One Medical offers a robust benefits package designed to aid your health and wellness.
