Citywide Part-Time Roles: Service, Admin & Public Safety

The City of Raleigh is looking to connect with talented individuals for part-time, temporary opportunities as they become available. Applicants may be considered in various functional areas or roles throughout the City. Employees work in a variety of capacities across city government. Assignments vary in functional areas which may include but is not limited to service and maintenance, administration, administrative support, customer service, or public safety. Candidates must have the ability to interact with the public tactfully and courteously, with a commitment to superior customer service. Ability to acquire knowledge of policies and procedures is required. Assignments will be located within various City departments and vary in length. Opportunities are filled on an as needed basis. Qualifications will vary dependent upon the duties of the position. Applications will be reviewed for skills in the area of the assignment being recruited. Positions may necessitate the use of various computer software products. A representative of the City will contact candidates as positions arise to review and discuss the duties and responsibilities.
