Family Practice - Without OB Physician (San Antonio)

Primary Care Physician – Full Time Outpatient Position

Primary Care Physician needed for a full‑time outpatient position in San Antonio and/or New Braunfels, Texas. Specialties: Family Medicine (all ages) or Internal Medicine (adults only).

Position Details

• Clinic location: Established clinics near downtown or in New Braunfels.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 32‑ to 40‑hour weeks; must be available to work until 8pm twice a week.
• Patient load: Manage an average of 20‑25 patients per day and roughly 5,000 encounters per year.
• Support team: 24 pediatricians and 15 ACPs.
• Facilities: On‑site lab, 2‑3 exam rooms per provider, Pediatrics and Women’s Health services.
• Language: Spanish speaking preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $220,000 – $250,000 with a 5% annual increase.
• Opportunity to earn over $35,000 additional annually based on encounters and wRVUs.
