Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Hold an active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience in school settings is a plus, but a strong passion for student support is essential
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPAs encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with teletherapy, pediatric intervention, and healthcare-related SLP work highly valued
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments across a single school site
• Manage a diverse caseload from early childhood through twelfth grade, tailoring interventions to each student’s unique needs
• Work four full days per week (Tuesday through Friday) for a total of 32.5 hours weekly
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain required documentation—paid time allotted for these indirect duties
• Use best practices and evidence-based strategies to nurture students’ communication and academic development
