Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 2536.96 - 2663.81

Schedule: 18:00 - 06:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: At least 2 years of L&D experience required; KS or compact license at the time of submission; BLS, FHM, & NRP certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Float to Med/Surg and ER as needed, assisting with skilled swing bed or stable observation/acute patients.
• Manage basic nursing assessments, IV management, vital signs, and patient transfers.
• Assist ER staff with low acuity patients such as ear infections, minor coughs, UTIs, IV fluids, or minor lacerations.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses at the central nurses station during each shift.
