About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Chairman, a pivotal role that demands an exceptional individual to serve as a trusted strategic partner and executive leader. The successful candidate will be the Chairman's force multiplier, ensuring that vision, priorities, and strategic objectives are executed with precision, accountability, and speed. This high-impact position requires a professional with 10 to 15+ years' experience in high-consequence environments, such as private equity, top-tier consulting, investment banking, military leadership, or executive operating roles within high-growth organizations. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategic implementation, operational leadership, cross-functional alignment, and driving enterprise-wide performance. Key responsibilities include leading high-stakes projects, fostering alignment across portfolio companies, and serving as an interim leader when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or other operational B2B environments, and experience in family-office structures or multi-company holding organizations is a significant advantage. Core competencies include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, and executive communication. The role requires a leader with unquestionable integrity, strong alignment with organizational values, and a relentless commitment to execution. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to have a servant leadership mindset, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Availability for a flexible schedule, including support outside of standard business hours, is essential.
