Accounting Clerk

Want your weekends PLUS Fridays off? We are hiring a Accounting Clerk for a well-established manufacturing company in Manitowoc! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working with numbers and records. You'll support the Accounting and Purchasing departments by entering and maintaining important financial, purchasing, and inventory information.

Hours

Choose your schedule: 6:00am to 4:00pm or 7:00am to 5:00pm; Monday to Thursday

Responsibilities

Enter purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and inventory information

• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records
• Review documents and data for discrepancies or duplicates
• Prepare basic purchasing, inventory, and financial reports
• Work with Accounting, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Previous data entry, accounting, purchasing, or inventory experience is a plus
• ERP or accounting software experience is preferred
