Senior .NET Software Engineer

Lead Software DeveloperWe are seeking a talented Lead Software Developer for a national retail and services organization located in Chicago, IL that is in the process of modernizing its enterprise technology platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in C#/.NET software development as well as advanced knowledge of SQL Server and data integration processes.This is a virtual role with a preference for individuals based in the Eastern or Central time zones, specifically in Illinois, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Georgia.Please note that this position does not provide sponsorship for employment. As the modernization project progresses, the role will transition towards developing new applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build enterprise applications, REST APIs, and microservices using C# and.NET 8Create intricate T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and viewsAid in migrating enterprise integrations from Informatica to SnapLogicIntegrate Salesforce with other enterprise systemsUtilize tools such as Kafka, Dapper, GitHub CI/CD, Jira, and KubernetesTake ownership of projects from requirements analysis to deploymentQualificationsExtensive experience in enterprise development with C# and.NETAdvanced expertise in SQL Server and T-SQLProficiency in developing microservices and REST APIsHands-on experience with ETL or enterprise data integrationAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience with SnapLogic, Informatica, Kafka, Salesforce integrations, or Kubernetes is a plusApplicants on F-1 OPT or CPT authorization will not be considered for this position.
