Outside Sales Representative

Best Trash provides reliable residential and commercial waste and recycling services, including curbside residential collection, front-load commercial service, and roll-off service for construction and industrial customers. We're backed by an established, well-capitalized company, and we're now launching in North Texas. That means building our DFW sales team from the ground up, with a focus on clean operations, responsive service, and doing what we say we'll do. Check us out at Role Description We're hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to grow commercial and industrial accounts across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a field-based role. You'll spend most of your time in your territory, meeting prospects face to face. You'll prospect and win new business, run in-person presentations, and walk customers through service options and pricing. You'll build long-term relationships with business owners, property managers, general contractors, and associations, and you'll work closely with our operations and customer service teams so that every new account onboards smoothly and stays happy. You'll keep accurate records of your sales activity in our CRM and be measured on consistent achievement of sales targets. Compensation A strong base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Full benefit package Competitive vehicle allowance Who we're looking for An experienced B2B outside sales professional with a track record of new business wins Experience in trash, recycling, or roll-off is a strong plus Background selling service contracts (uniforms, pest control, facilities services, fire and life safety, document shredding, linen, telecom, and similar) is a strong plus. If you've sold a recurring service agreement and kept the customer, you already understand this business Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed matters Self-motivated and driven, someone who builds their own pipeline instead of waiting for leads A true team player who works closely with operations to make sure every promise made is a promise kept Also a plus Existing relationships with property managers, general contractors, restaurant groups, or facilities managers in DFW Strong CRM discipline and comfort with activity tracking Formal sales training (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience working with brokers or national account consolidators Requirements Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to travel daily throughout the DFW area #J-18808-Ljbffr Best Trash LLC
