Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 2p - 10p Join our Evening Shift Team at Avir at Hearne We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Evening Shift team at Avir at Hearne in Hearne, Texas. As a CNA at Avir, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing top-notch care and support while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team. What You'll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed Answer call lights promptly and courteously to determine resident needs Assist residents with walking and transportation, using a gait belt for all transfers and ambulation Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed Provide catheter care as required Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents About Our Ideal Candidate: Must be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, or become certified within four months of hire Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff Comfort working with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, or at times upset Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and safely assist with resident transfers Exciting Benefits for Certified Nursing Assistants: Competitive compensation Daily Pay - access your earned wages before payday! 401k with a match!
