Business Solutions Architect

Diamond Vogel is seeking a full-time Business Solutions Architect to join our team! Our ideal candidate thrives on challenges and has a knack for process improvement. This architect will be a key contributor to business system projects and will work with our new ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess experience in listening to business needs and identifying IT and technology solutions to make roles more efficient and effective. Communication and project management, skills and experience, will be important to the success of this role as a translator between the business and IT work realms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business system stakeholders to define and drive system use

• Facilitate Requirements Development sessions to gather, build consensus, and document business, divisional, and manufacturing requirements

• Interface with all levels of our organization to communicate status, negotiate outcomes, frame opportunities, and improve current business processes

• Solve problems by developing report improvements and new report specifications

• Provide Level III ERP support

• Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule

• Diligently work and be involved with some of the company's highest priority projects

What we need from you:

• 5-8+ years of business systems analysis, ERP administration, project management and/or report development

• Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• Experience with business systems in a manufacturing environment

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and ability to coordinate or be involved in multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in preferably MRP/ERP systems and business software

• Self-motivated, able to work independently or collaboratively with a team

• Ability to think creatively and conceptualize product design
