Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Masters required by client).
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience performing home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patient providers.
Comfort with travel within coverage area including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester and Queen Annes counties.
Independent contractor resource type acceptable to client.
Preferred: prior home health or community-based therapy experience. (Preferred items are not required.)
