Job Description

Manage all phases of retail construction projects, from planning to execution and final delivery.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.

Resolve any project-related challenges, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.

Ensure all construction activities align with company standards and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Construction Project Manager should have:

A strong background in construction management, specifically within the retail sector.

Ground up construction in retail, restaurant, MOB, and/or grocery construction.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.

A commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.

Problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to evolving project needs.
