Lead Teacher Responsibilities Prepare for lessons and activities using our rich, easy‑to‑use curriculum provided for you with opportunities to add your own creative ideas as desired. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
