Mainly targeting the industrial markets and customers in Bangalore, India, as well as surrounding regions and countries。
- Market research: Track market dynamics and competitor information, submit market research results reports, and assist the company in formulating product strategies.
- On site technical support: Provide on-site technical support and training to ensure that customers can correctly use and maintain the product.
- Customer demand feedback: Collect and analyze customer needs and product defects, provide feedback to the R&D team, and promote product improvement and perfection.
- Customer recognition: Conduct technical exchanges with customers, suppliers, and other departments within the company to ensure that the product is recognized and used by customers.
- Technical support: Answer customers' technical questions, provide pre-sales consultation, after-sales service, and technical support, and solve problems encountered by customers during use.
- Product testing and development: Participate in the testing and development process of the product, provide suggestions for product development, and ensure product quality and performance.
