Location: McMinnville, Oregon outside of Portland, Oregon Organization: Independent Democratic Emergency Medicine Group - Medical Director Opportunity About the Opportunity We are seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our long-standing independent physician‑owned group as part of a planned Medical Director transition. This is a unique opportunity to step into a stable, democratic emergency medicine practice that has served the community since the mid-1970s. The group staffs the Emergency Department at Willamette Valley Medical Center, a 60-bed Level III Trauma Center serving the greater Willamette Valley region. The current Medical Director has been with the group since 2007 and is seeking the right physician leader for a gradual leadership transition over the next 6-12 months. Medical Director Role, Compensation, and Benefits The Medical Director role includes: Approximately 60-80 clinical hours monthly plus administrative responsibilities This position offers a pathway into the Medical Director role over approximately 6-12 months.
