- Assist customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements.
- Process rentals, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
- Manage inventory and assist in fleet management tasks.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve operations.
- Stay updated on company policies and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or rental car industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer applications and rental software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
