As our General Dentist you will deliver exceptional general, restorative, and cosmetic care that patients trust and refer. Your clinical judgment and chairside manner will grow a loyal patient base and set the standard for our practice.

• Complete comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans for 8–12 patients daily while maintaining 95%+ case-acceptance on recommended care.
• Perform high-quality restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures (crowns, bridges, veneers, whitening, implants) with first-time success rates that minimize remakes and retreatments.
• Build lasting patient relationships so that 70% of new patients come from referrals within 12 months.
• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to keep the schedule full and on time, reducing no-shows below 8%.
• Document every visit completely in the practice management system the same day to support accurate billing and continuity of care.
• Mentor clinical staff on new techniques and materials so the entire team delivers consistent, modern dentistry.

You will report to the practice owner and work alongside a tight-knit team of hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff in our Brewerton office. Digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and modern operatory equipment are already in place. You will have dedicated assistant support and a reasonable daily schedule that balances production with quality of life.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program and active New York dental license (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Proven ability to deliver a full range of general and cosmetic procedures independently with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to present treatment plans clearly so patients say yes.
• Comfort working in a high-volume family practice while maintaining a calm, reassuring chairside manner.
• Willingness to stay current with continuing education in restorative and implant dentistry.
