Christ's Home in Warminster, Pennsylvania , a CMS 5‑Star, nonprofit senior living community , is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical services in our 48‑bed private skilled nursing facility . This is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on, mission‑driven nursing leader who values relationships, quality outcomes, and staff empowerment-within a close‑knit community where leadership presence truly makes a difference.

Position Overview: The Director of Nursing provides clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and person‑centered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values.

This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being visible, engaged, and influential , while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and resident‑focused culture
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for high‑quality resident care

This is a Full-time position.

Required Attributes:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)
  • Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills
  • Commitment to faith‑based, nonprofit values and compassionate care
