At Xtraire Air Conditioning & Heating, were looking for a motivated, dependable team player to join us in a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the HVAC trade and gaining real-world experience working alongside experienced technicians and installers.

What Youll Do:

• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to technicians and job sites
• Assist HVAC technicians and installers when needed
• Help organize and maintain the shop, warehouse, and office
• Gather and prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects
• Load, unload, and drive company vans/trucks safely
• Support daily operations and help keep projects running smoothly

What Youll Learn:

• HVAC tools, materials, equipment, and parts
• How residential and commercial HVAC projects operate
• Shop organization and inventory management
• Job site procedures and workflow
• Hands-on exposure to the HVAC trade
