Shift: 3x8-hour days (08:00 - 17:00), with 1-2 evening shifts/week
Hours/Week: Approximately 24-32 hours
Employment Type: Contract
Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified in Family Medicine (Certified or Board Eligible)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family/Internal Medicine
Support Staff: Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, Behavioral Health On-Site
Hourly Rate: $171.60

What You'll Do
- Provide primary care services in a family medicine setting
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including behavioral health and support staff
- Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR
- Conduct patient examinations, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Serve approximately 18 patients per day
- Contribute to a patient-centered, inclusive environment
What You Need
Required:- California Medical License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years' experience in Family or Internal Medicine
- Proficiency in Spanish or medical Spanish preferred
- DEA certification
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Experience working in community or outpatient clinics
- Flexibility with scheduling
