Aspen Technologies Inc is a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer making interior and exterior automotive parts. Safety, quality, and delivery are our top priorities, and we count on all of our team members to make our business successful!

We have Direct hire openings with quick start dates for entry level and experienced production operators and trimmers on 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 4:30pm -3:00 am - 10-hour shifts.

• Earn $16/hour or higher (based on prior experience), paid weekly on Thursday.

· Prior experience of 4- 6 months or more of machine operation, assembly, or production is preferred.

Requirements:

· Successful completion of pre-employment screenings

· Must be able to read, follow and understand Manufacturing instructions.

· Work independently and produce at an acceptable pace in a relaxed team-based environment.

· The right attitude!

· Able to work overtime as required.

· Able to work without climate control.

· Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during regular work assignments.

· Able to walk and stand continuously.

· Able to meet attendance standards established by the organization.

· Must possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- High School diploma or equivalent required
