They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $40.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr. Bonus USD $20,000.00
