Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2252.16/week - Job Summary: Providing critical nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center, the ER Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality emergency services in a fast-paced, acute care environment. The role requires maintaining clinical excellence while adhering to hospital standards and protocols. Responsibilities: Render immediate medical interventions for emergency patients based on their needs. Assess patient conditions and prioritize care in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately within Cerner charting system. Ensure compliance with hospital dress code and infection control policies. Maintain readiness to work a 3x12 hour day shift schedule and respond to on-call requirements if necessary. Qualifications: Hold a valid state nursing license at the time of assignment. Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience. Demonstrate proficiency with emergency care procedures and protocols. Be certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and MAB. Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
