This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential.Job Title: P/C Senior Actuary/Senior Property & Casualty Actuary Location: Bloomington, IL Hybrid Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + 6% Annual BonusOverviewWe are seeking a P/C Senior Actuary to support pricing, reserving, and actuarial analysis for Property & Casualty insurance products. This role will analyze data, develop rate recommendations, support regulatory filings, and contribute to actuarial projects and business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform actuarial analysis related to pricing, reserving, and rate development.Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.Support rate filings and actuarial reporting.Develop rate adjustment proposals and actuarial models.Participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives.Maintain actuarial credentials and continuing education requirements.Requirements5+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience.ACAS designation or near completion of ACAS requirements.Working toward FCAS credential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with pricing, reserving, or actuarial modeling.Additional InformationHybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.Relocation assistance available.Full-time permanent opportunity.Bright Vision Technologies, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
