As the Front of House Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll lead and motivate a talented team, manage staff schedules, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. From overseeing reservations to resolving guest concerns, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and operations across all areas of the restaurant.

• Managing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintaining food quality, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
• Overseeing inventory, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
• Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth
• Building relationships with guests and implementing feedback to enhance their experience
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing full-service restaurants.
