Please consider this job opportunity, see below:DETAILS— 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. – One weekend per month, with the same weekend assigned in each six-week schedule. New leadership has fostered a positive, community-focused culture, bringing the team together as one cohesive unit. Recent patient experience scores have reached 95%. There are team leaders on off shifts to help support the staff. Better support with staffing, lower number of patients to treat compared to other step-down/PCU units! Must be comfortable floating to other units and caring for patients with different levels of acuity.SALARY AND BENEFITS-- Excellent Medical benefits, 401K, PTO 3+Weeks $51.00 to $62.00; PLUS $4.00/hr SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for NIGHTSREQUIREMENTS- Current PA nursing license or ability to get PA nursing license. At least 2 years of RECENT STEP-DOWN OR PCU experience DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A BSN DEGREE!
