Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Sport Associate Soccer Referee in Midlothian, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for officiating various soccer games and tournaments while providing excellent service to all players. Your duties include enforcing game rules, communicating respectably with coaches and players, and ensuring a balanced game pace. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of soccer rules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure.
