Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to come join our team on a per diem basis at Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital, an established OB Hospitalist Program in Fort Worth with tremendous administration support. In addition to providing quality care in a number of medical services such as women's health, emergency care, and heart and vascular, our employees spend a substantial number of hours volunteering outside of the hospital. Responsibilities include:

• OB triage and admissions
• Delivery attendance
• Inpatient care
• Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
• Covering the OB floor
• ER consults for GYN emergencies
• Surgical assists at Cesarean sections
• Emergency response in Labor and Delivery

Rate structure:

• Orientation Hours - 50% of standard rate.
• (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
• Holidays 1.25x
• Max agency bill rate is $275/hour
• First Tier is $255/hour
• 2nd Tier is $265/hour
• $275+ will not be accepted
