Asphalt Milling & Grading Operator

PPG (Cactus Asphalt) is looking for experienced Milling and/or Grading Operators! Compensation Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour Relocation assistance DOE Summary The Grading and Milling Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment used in the preparation and maintenance of roadways, including grading and milling machinery. This role ensures surfaces are properly prepared for paving operations, adhering to precise grade specifications and contributing to the success of road construction and resurfacing projects. Operate grading and/or milling equipment for road projects. Work closely with the foreman and other crew members to coordinate work and maintain project timelines. Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies while working in high-traffic construction zones. Assist with general labor tasks when equipment is not in use.
