Job ID: Na690815930Location: Delavan, WIJob Type: PermanentPay: $95000 - $110000Posted: 2026-10-02We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to establish and strengthen the systems that support efficient, scalable, high-quality production in a heavy manufacturing environment.Location: Delavan, WI 53115 Job Type: Direct HireSalary:$95,000–$110,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing process structures.Establish and improve standard work, labor standards, work instructions, and process flows.Lead manufacturing data setup and process integration within Epicor ERP, including item masters and job structures.Support new product introductions by ensuring manufacturing readiness, tooling, documentation, and process capability are in place.Define and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, plant layouts, and workflow.Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency.Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.Create and interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and work instructions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Ensure manufacturing processes align with safety requirements and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.Strong experience developing BOMs, routings, labor standards, and manufacturing process structures.ERP experience required; Epicor experience strongly preferred.Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing readiness, tooling, and process optimization.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methods.Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software experience preferred.Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skillsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
