Job Title Vans: Sales Lead – Cool Springs Galleria (Job Number: R-20260330-0048) Department Retail Management & In-Store Location Franklin Overview Vans promotes the action sports lifestyle, youth culture and creative self-expression through the support of athletes, musicians and artists and through progressive events and platforms. Responsibilities Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress and results against key targets. Foster a consumer‑centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. Assist in providing direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates. Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service. Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. Qualifications 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required. Proven communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Team leadership skills within the store and ability to be flexible in a fast‑paced environment. Completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan. Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but total experience and professional achievements are most important.
