Position: Line Worker Wage: $15.00–$16.50/hr Location: Green Bay, WI Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (Mon–Fri) 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm (Mon–Fri) 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am Job Summary: This position involves repetitive packaging, material handling, and line work. You’ll rotate between stations, open product packaging, reassemble components, and inspect quality throughout the process. This is physical work in a busy production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow written work instructions and production guidelines. Remove product from original packaging and prepare for repackaging. Perform repetitive tasks such as assembling, gluing, taping, and sealing. Rotate positions on the line every hour. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform visual quality checks. Contribute to daily production goals and team efficiency. Qualifications / Requirements: No prior experience required, training is provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for long periods. Must be comfortable working around moving machinery and airborne particles. Able to follow instructions and adapt to a fast‑paced team environment. Good attendance and willingness to work where needed on the line. Work Environment: Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and moving equipment. Physically demanding role, requires strength and stamina.
