Chief Financial Officer (Cincinnati)

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a critical role in driving both strategic direction and operational performance .

This is more than a traditional finance leadership role — it’s an opportunity to sit at the executive table and directly influence growth strategy, profitability, and long-term value creation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and performance
• Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive business decisions and growth initiatives
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Driving KPI development and performance analytics across operations
• Supporting M&A activity, capital strategy, and investment decisions
• Enhancing financial reporting, controls, and process scalability
• Building and developing a high-performing finance team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong mix of strategic leadership + hands‑on execution
• Experience in high-growth, operationally complex environments (logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. preferred)
• Background in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and business transformation
• Track record of partnering with executive teams to drive measurable business outcomes
