We are a community-focused, bilingual insurance agency serving families across Arizona. We are growing and looking for a self-driven, resilient, and adaptable, bilingual in Spanish and English professional who wants a long-term career in sales, and leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads and existing customers
• Provide auto, home, renters, and life insurance quotes
• Explain coverage clearly in English and Spanish
• Build long-term client relationships
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals
• Participate in weekly sales coaching

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License
• Willingness to obtain Life, accident, and health insurance License within 90 days of hiring
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
