About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Technology and Operations. The successful candidate will be the senior executive responsible for leading technology and operations teams, including customer service, information technology, e-services/digital banking, and deposit operations. This role is pivotal in developing and executing technology and operations strategy to ensure that systems, processes, and infrastructure align with business objectives. The SVP will also be accountable for the company's performance and positioning in all technology and operations aspects, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and cost management. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' related experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in leading back-office operations, information technology, business analytics, e-banking, and e-commerce. The role requires a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and defining technology architecture in the financial services sector. The SVP will be expected to maintain a customer-focused mindset, lead high-performing teams, and ensure the company's technology and operations are competitive within the industry. Collaboration with internal and external partners, as well as the ability to manage key performance indicators and risk, are also essential for this position.
