Why Drive for Boyd?

Boyd Bros. drivers haul more than freight-they haul a reputation built on respect, safety, and reliability. Now under new management, Boyd is focused on what drivers want most: more home time, better planning, and expanded running lanes.

We're improving routes, opening up opportunities, and putting drivers first-so you can run smarter, get home more, and keep your career moving forward. If you're ready for a company investing in its drivers, Boyd Bros. is the place to be.

Regional Flatbed Truck Driver Overview

Strong weekly pay that rewards your miles. Average weekly earnings run $1,500-$1,800,* with consistent freight designed to keep your paycheck predictable.
A schedule built around your week. Run Monday through Friday with a structured workweek that gives you your weekends back and home time at least once a week.
Freight that's ready when you are. With 75% of loads preloaded, you spend less time waiting at the dock and more time turning miles.
Run our regional 5-state lanes. Hiring in the following areas: Charlotte, Raligh, Norfolk, Richmond, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.

Company Benefits + Perks

Step in and start earning immediately. We offer a $1,500 signing bonus* and an additional $1,100 orientation completion pay*.
Coverage that protects you. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options to support you on and off the road.
Bonuses that reward connections. Earn a $1,000 referral bonus for every qualified driver you bring aboard.
Plan for the future. 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term security.
Ride in comfort. Late-model Kenworth tractors and a rider program so you don't have to run alone.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
