• Coordinate and schedule appointments for dental procedures, maximizing resource utilization and patient convenience.
• Review and explain treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand the proposed dental services and associated costs.
• Act as a liaison between patients, dental practitioners, and third-party financing entities to facilitate clear communication and payment processes.
• Monitor patient accounts and follow up on treatments, ensuring optimal compliance with treatment protocols.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, treatments plans, and outcomes in accordance with compliance regulations.
• Implement efficient office protocols to reduce waiting times and enhance the patient experience.
• Handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide empathetic support to patients, addressing concerns and feedback to foster a welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with dental staff to manage daily operations, emphasizing teamwork and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental practices and technologies to ensure modern and effective patient care.

• Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar administrative role in a dental office.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental office procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex dental procedures in easily understandable terms.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making with minimal supervision.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential patient information.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma; further education or certification in dental office management is preferred.
