The problem when you get to the director level is that the better you get, the harder it becomes to find a job worth moving for.

This firm has recently taken on investment and is planning to grow, both organically and through acquisitions. They are investing in people, technology and infrastructure as part of it.

You will work with high net worth individuals and business owners on complex individual, fiduciary and gift tax matters, while leading and developing the management team.

The bigger attraction is having a senior seat while the firm is changing, rather than joining 5 years later when all the interesting decisions have already been made.

They are looking for a CPA with 15+ years of experience. International individual tax experience is preferred, but not essential.
