Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Tappan, NY Schedule: 100% On-Site | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $21-$22 per hour

Our client is seeking a dependable and organized JR Administrative Assistant to provide support to the CEO and COO of a growing organization. This is a part-time, fully on-site opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive calendars for the CEO and COO
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and scheduling logistics
• Assist with internship program administration and communication
• Support event planning and coordination for company functions and community events
• Create and assemble gift baskets and promotional materials for events
• Handle general administrative duties, correspondence, and special projects
• Serve as a reliable point of support when executives are pulled into other priorities
• Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed

• Part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Fully on-site in Tappan, NY
• Pay: $21-$22 per hour

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
