Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Operations Clerk paying $19.00 per hour with 2nd shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am

Responsibilities:

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies
• Assists with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team
• Assist in Material Handling duties
• File all outbound paperwork
• Maintain seal log accurately
• Using a warehouse management system , systemically open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight
• Actively monitor trailer capacity and work with spotters on trailer moves
• Data entry
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Experience with (Manhattan) Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Computer applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good visual acuity to inspect shipments
• Ability to input data on the computer to create a daily inventory report
• Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items received.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required
• MHE experience or desire to learn MHE
• Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
