Ensuring all specifications are met when receiving, packing and shipping of product. Must be a team player. Must maintain adherence to all sanitation standards and procedures as dictated by local, state, and federal authorities and as monitored by the LSF managers and Quality Assurance Department.Pick and pack restaurant and e-commerce ordersPack orders ensuring proper ice/dry ice amountsPrint e-commerce daily ordersAssist with pre-building kits as neededReceive all orders delivered to the IC ensuring accuracy of invoiceStock all warehouse shelves with productEnsure that product rotates out using the "First In, First Out" ruleConduct daily inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates.Weekly inventory of all product, warehouse, walk-ins, production, e-commerceInput the inventory weeklyMatch invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate billingProcess daily invoices for Accounting departmentComplete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slipsPick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipesFill all interdepartmental requests for productAssist Warehouse Manager with paperwork as neededEnsures adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safetyTakes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company standards, communicating inferior products or procedures.QualificationsBasic computer skills, proficient with warehouse systems a plusWorking knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety practices, sanitation standards and equipment useSolid communication skillsReliable; able to work in a team-oriented environmentMust be able to perform duties as assigned and maintain good work habitsMust be able to work in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated or freezer zonesMust work with safety as a prioritySome high school; GED preferredEnvironmental Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to tolerate cold temperatures for long periods of time.
